Can you do a "glass only" repair?
A glass only replacement requires specific machinery and large amount of time and because of this most “glass only” repairs are performed in China by electronics manufacturing companies.
Because of this we offer a full replacement of the front LCD touch screen assembly, ensuring that you will also receive a high quality and timely repair.
Do your parts come with a warranty?
We offer a 12 month warranty on all OEM parts installed by “Markme I.T.” staff.
We offer a 90 day warranty on all aftermarket parts installed by “Markme I.T.” staff.
What happens if I need to claim warranty on my part?
All warranty claims will be promptly repaired or replaced.
If your replacement part is malfunctioning, please contact us on 07 54561784 and we will test your device and fit a replacement part when necessary.
Whats the difference between "Aftermarket" & "OEM" parts?
There is a great debate among the repair community on which parts we should use for repairing our customers devices. We strongly take the stance of “you get what you pay for”.
Aftermarket: These parts are generally copies that have been made by a third party manufacturer. Our professional experience using these parts has been good, we have had little to no problems.
After-market parts come with a 90 day Markme warranty.
OEM: These are “Original” parts that are of the highest quality available on the market. Our professional experience using these parts has been positive, we have had almost no returns and have built our reputation for quality with the use of these parts.
OEM parts come with a 12 Month Markme Warranty.
How do I perform a "Hard Reset"?
To perform a hard reset you will need to hold both the lock and the home button until you see Apple Logo. This method can help get you out of troubles when you’re device decided to malfunction and go black.
I've deleted Photos or messages, can they be recovered?
We can often recover lost data and photos from your device. It’s important for you to stop using the device and turn it off as this will increase the chances we have of recovering your data.
How do I update my device?
- Install the latest version of iTunes on your computer.
- Connect your device to your computer.
- Open iTunes and select your device.
- Click Summary, then click Check for Update.
- Click Download and Update.
- If asked, enter your passcode. If you don’t know your passcode, learn what to do.3

My device wont turn on...?
If your device has suddenly turned off and is showing no signs of life at all it may need a battery replacement. Try leaving the device on charge for a couple hours without use and if there is still no signs of life then your device may be suffering from a bigger issue.
